By the grace of God given to me, like a skilled builder

I laid a foundation,

and another is building upon it.”  1Corinthians 3:10

God encourages us to be purposeful and generous in the sharing of our financial blessings.  In addition to annual pledges that sustain our ongoing ministries and expenses, Trinity Lutheran Church offers a variety of ways in which we can add our financial gifts to the gifts of others to make a powerful statement of faithfulness in our community and in our world.  They include:

Trinity Endowment Fund:  Gifts made to our Trinity Endowment fund are held in perpetuity.  The interest earnings from these gifts go to meet a variety of ministry needs, but the principle remains in the fund forever.

Olga Chalstrum Fund:  This is also an endowment fund where only the earnings are spent while the principle remains.  One key difference is that all of the earnings from this fund go to support various ministries beyond the walls of Trinity.  Recipients of these gifts are varied and have included: food shelves, mission starts, overseas ministries, homeless shelters, and programs for “at-risk” youth among many others.

Memorial Fund:  Gifts to our Memorial fund are used “as needed” for a variety of projects.  Gifts are often given to this fund in memory or in honor of a loved one.

Good Shepherd Fund:  The Good Shepherd Fund is set up to be used by our pastors to offer limited financial assistance to people in crisis.

In addition to the above funds, Trinity supports many other special projects

and ministry appeals throughout the year.

We give joyfully because God has first given everything to us!  If you would like to explore the ways in which your financial blessings can continue to be a blessing to others through our shared ministries, please contact the church office to speak with one of our pastors.
